Our Centre Doonside Kindergarten has been operating for over 30 years. We are a Community-based, non-profit making organisation which is managed by a Parent Committee who are elected each year .Our licence is approved by the N.S.W. Dept. of Community Services. The Centre is approved to cater for 40 children (3 - 5 years) each day. We have 2 workrooms - "The Bottlebrush" & "The Gumnuts". Each room has 20 children each day & 2 permanent Staff. Children are mixed-age groups of 3 - 5 year olds together |

Our Mission

Our Staff
Each room has 2 permanent staff members at all times.
In each room there is a trained Early Childhood teacher and a Child Care Worker.
We also employ a Support worker who works on our K.A.N. Program (Kids with Additional Needs) for children who need extra support with such things as ~ speech & language development, physical and also behavioural concerns.
